Please read these terms carefully before using the Mun website. These terms apply to the marketing website only. Full platform terms covering client and developer engagements will be provided separately before any services are engaged.

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mun website at munapp.dev (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These terms cover the Website only. Separate terms will apply to use of the Mun platform, including engagement as a client or developer, and will be provided before any such agreement is entered into.

— The information you provide is accurate and complete — You are authorised to submit the enquiry on behalf of any business you represent — You consent to Mun using the information provided to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether Mun's services may be suitable for your needs

Submitting the contact form does not create a binding contract between you and Mun, and does not guarantee that Mun will provide services to you. We will respond to enquiries within one working day where possible, but cannot guarantee response times.

Your enquiry data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Developer applications

The Website includes a developer application form through which individuals may express interest in joining the Mun developer network. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance onto the platform.
